The Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) Member Benefits Board of Directors is a sanctioned, statewide committee comprised of one teacher from each PSEA Region, plus one retired member, one minority liaison, and one ESP member. Together, with our liaison from the PSEA Board of Directors and PSEA Staff Consultant, we explore, research, review, and monitor special discount programs from a myriad of service providers to create an (often) exclusive partnership with these companies in order to provide special savings and benefits for our fellow PSEA members.
Eastern Region Member Benefits (ERMB) is made up of active and retired teachers and ESP members from Lehigh, Berks, Northampton, Schuylkill, and Carbon Counties, as well as a PSEA UniServ staff member. As the chairperson of this committee, I also serve at the state level. In fact, in April 2009, I had the honor of being re-elected by my peers as the statewide Vice-Chairperson of the PSEA Member Benefits Board of Directors.
